Manoa Chocolate is a world class chocolatier, located just minutes away from our distillery. We soak their Costa Esmeraldas cacao nibs in our dangerously smooth Old Pali Road Whiskey for months before drying out the flavored nibs to deliver back to Manoa Chocolate to create this chocolate for us.
Ingredients: whiskey soaked cacao, organic cane sugar, and cocoa butter. 2.1oz (60g) bar.
For maximum flavor, store and eat chocolate at 65-70° F. Vegan, gluten free, non-GMO, soy free.
