Old Pali Road Private Reserve Bourbon is crafted entirely by hand at our Hawai'i distillery in the foothills of the Ko'olau Mountains. A crafted blend of four distiller selected barrels, this distinctly unique bourbon is 90% corn and 10% 2-row malted barley, mashed and distilled with pure artesian water.
