Participants of our barrel program are offered an exciting way to be involved in a customized experience. If you've ever been interested in purchasing your own barrel for private or public use, our Distilling team can work with you on fixed recipes, and guide you with proof and barrel size. Once that is determined, then the aging process begins. Our distilling team will keep you involved with the monitoring process, with samples saved throughout the aging process. When the barrel is done and ready for bottling, we will bring you in so you can be a part of the bottling and finishing process.

To make your bottles even more special, we provide additional features like custom labels and etching, ensuring a personal touch with every sip.
